Marlo was so welcoming and kind as we walked in. I had a big order for a family of five and he didn’t skip a beat. 10/10 star service! Always suggesting to add hashbrowns or a sleeve to give the customer the very best experience.
Some how the staff manage to greet the customers and inform them that it will take a moment. The downtown Tim Hortons will often snap and hastily talk to their customers, great service is worth the wait to drive to a better managed Tim Hortons. #keepurstickontheice
Was there recently for a coffee date. Glad that they have baked good available most of the day as many Tim's don't.
Wasn't too impressed that the girl on cash was very abrupt, threw my change at me while she was walking away. Also, sorry, but I think it's rude when the staff is all yelling at each other in their language and laughing while you're standing there wondering what they're saying.
