If you ever find yourself on the way through Wakaw, SK treat yourself and stop at this absolute gem of a Vietnamese restaurant! The fresh rolls with Shrimp & Peanut sauce are out of this world I have came back over the years and they nail them every time, I also had the house special XL combo vermicelli everything was delicious!
We were in Wakaw for the Wheatland Express and saw this restaurant nearby. It looked like a combination Vietnamese/Pizza place, but one look at the giant menu made it clear it was more than that. Also, the prices were extremely reasonable.
I got the meal for 1, which included chicken balls, pork, and chicken fried rice. The rice may have been the best I've ever had!
The service was okay, but the atmosphere left something to be desires, with one seating area...

Took a Sunday drive from Saskatoon decided to hit up Uncle Barley's. We ordered ginger beef and vermicelli bowl. Food was fresh and hot when it came to the table and it was delicious! Staff were friendly and the place was clean! We will definitely be back.
