“It's convenient while staying downtown. We stayed at the Hampton Inn and it was a 5 min walk. I'm a sip club member so I only went for the drinks. The fountain was fine and the employees were courteous. You have to ask for a cup, other locations usually have it ready for you; not a big deal. There was never much of a crowd in the morning when I went.
In regards to the other reviews(s) about the cleanliness, they're pretty much accurate. The entire place needs a good scrub down, especially the bathrooms. Some complained about the sewer smell. It was there occasionally but I think it's a result of being downtown in an older building. Not a deal breaker, but not the most appetizing scent.“

“The manager at this Panera is exceptional. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customers have a great experience. At my last visit, the app let me order something that they were actually out of. When we realized it, he did more than enough to apologize and make it right. He is the sweetest! But also very professional and incredible at his job- a great leader!“
“This place helped me pass my classes haha very calming atmosphere to do computer work. And the soups in a sourdough bread are the best. I have tried all of them and they are my comfort foods. The crème brûlée bites are my favorite, sad they are only seasonal :/ the chai latte is also very delicious here. Love Panera Bread!“
