“The manager John went above and beyond today. A mistake was made with delivery. The DoorDash driver didn’t alert them that the address was wrong, and instead said there was nothing they could do. John personally didn’t think that was good enough and had his team remake the food and he delivered it himself. I greatly appreciate that he was willing to do all that and I will be dining there again soon!“
“This was my first experience at a Panera ever! The General Manager Jesse was the first to greet me and instantly made me feel welcome and like my business was appreciated! He told me to try a coffee on the house and in return I ordered for sandwiches to go! The food was amazing and my fiancée has always been a big fan and after today I am as well so I think Starbucks may have lost a customer permanently because the price point, customer service, and experience was amazing! “Our home Panera is Gunbarrel location, but we also go to the Northgate Mall location. While traveling, we stop at Panera any time we are near one. Their food and coffee are always consistent at any location we have tried. We are Sip Club members and enjoy their coffee and breakfast sandwiches most visits. I was on my own for dinner recently and tried their new Southwest Chicken Ranch salad. It was delicious and very filling.“
