Pizza Hut in Chattanooga

“The customer service, speed, and food quality were all wonderful! We called in an order en route (5 minutes away) and paid when we got there. We were told it would be about 10 more minutes before it would be ready, so we opted to wait in the car. 9 minutes later, one of the employees brought the food to our car and wished us a wonderful evening. The pizza was amazing (we had our doubts as most places have gone downhill on quality over the years, but the food quality at this establishment still tastes as good as it did 30 years ago).“

“All I can say is that this will be my weekly spot for a quick bite. The young man, Jeremy, that you see in the picture is absolutely amazing. You can tell he loves his job and serving people. He has such an amazing kind, friendly giving spirit. Everyone that he served today he met with a smile was very courteous and here he is a young man and you just don't see that type of top-tier customer service anymore. The food is hot and fresh and if there's something that you want, he makes it for you again with a smile on his face. I hope that corporate gets my message and realizes the rockstar that they have on their team!!!! He is every Owner's dream and I would snatch him up in a minute and have him work for my business. “Excellent customer service. There has been a computer glitch the last 2x I've ordered and my order is being submitted wrong. Both times they have remade my order for me with no complaints. My son is allergic to tomatoes so the pizza would have been completely inedible for us and we greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much!“
