“It was our pleasure to dine at the Cookeville, TN Red Lobster at 1410 Interstate Dr. on December 12. Although it was our first time, our guest at the table is a repeat customer. Our Server Denise did an excellent job of taking our order and delivering our food in a timely manner. Butch, Sheila, and Flo (Leaders and Manager) were beyond helpful to us. Justin, our guest, ordered his favorite meal, which included an entire lobster. My husband and I didn’t know how to break down a whole lobster so at that point, the manager came over, sat at our table and assisted in the process! In all my years, I have never seen such personalized service and kindness shown to a customer that really was in need of assistance. I highly recommend that you take your family to this restaurant and see for yourself the outstanding service offered by this crew of people! The kindness shown to us was beyond hospitality! It certainly was more like family! We wish you and all your staff a wonderful new year! Thank you again!“

“Wow, I had no idea Cookeville had a place like this! You can get fresh seafood of all kinds, and everything to cook it with if you wish to cook it yourself, including the spices and instructions! I had mine prepared there and it was perfect! I mean the best Cajun food I've ever ate, I will absolutely be back!“

“I was looking for a quick bite on my way home. After craving fish. Ordered. The two piece dinner with a beverage and a side. To my surprise the food came out immediately. Got my Dr Pepper fountain drink and plastic utensels. The place was clean and free of debri.lots of seating space. The table had paper towels on a rool. The fish was fairly large portions,average non greasy breading the fish was firm with no fishey odor. The side of coleslaw was also fresh with no old refrigerator smell. An added bonus was a hushpuppy and two small condiments of tarter sauce. The one thing they could do without was the left over fryer crunchy bits.under the fish.overall it was very tasty and filled me up for the ride home.“
