From the jalapeño poppers and moinkballs (bacon wrapped meatballs) to the pulled pork, brisket, and smoked Mac and cheese, no one walked away hungry and everyone left happy. “C & D's personally delivered a pork butt roast to my office in Hot Springs (Exit Realty Black Hills) for us to sample. Oh my, the aroma was amazing and when I took off the foil on the pan and seen this beautiful roast it was too pretty to eat but .... we ate it ... and it lasted us several days! We made pork sandwiches which C & D's own sauce ... amazing! We also made sliced and shredded pork sandwiches .. the smoke was perfect, the crust was perfect and the service was beyond kind and professional!
