“Today I looked to see who had the best burger and this showed up. So we decided to try it out. We gotta say they have the best nacho appetizer we ever had. They made it like it should be. Then I had the steak burger and he had the all American burger, great food. I have to add the server Laurie was great. She was friendly and very accommodating. Anything we asked for she got it right away. Took time to talk to us and a great server. We definitely found a new place to go to. Thank you so much. 10+ all the way around. Thank you Laurie we will be back.“

“Kickback Jacks was amazing with great/ friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. It was clean/ there was a ton of parking. The food was good & most of it was well seasoned. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a place with a large menu that has a variety of food & drinks.“

“ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!“

I had the grilled chicken house salad my mom had the Asian salad which is almost like your eating Chinese food comes with a egg roll

“My 13 year old son and I stopped in for dinner tonight. Stephany was amazing! Very tentative, offered great food and drink recommendations, and even in the midst of chaos, she kept a smile in her face. She was even able to get my tired, grumpy son to crack a smile.

“We had food delivered last night from our local Pizza Hut that we always use. I did the order online which is so very easy. Right away it told me my approximate 9:00 pm delivery time. The VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL LADY which brought our order to the door was awesome. Not only was she sweet and cordial she was so sweet and complimented our home and neighborhood!! Believe it or not she pulled up with the food at 9:01 pm. I know because we have a clock at the front door on the wall. The food was very securely packaged, was still warm right from the oven and the Starry drinks were like they were just taken from the fridge. It was DELICIOUS. I even had the leftover Cinnabon minis for breakfast this morning…and the remaining wings for lunch. My husband was out of luck tho…he swallowed both huge pieces of his Melt last night. Hahaha. Wr will DEFINITELY order from there again. Pizza Hut on Hannum Street in Alcoa, TN ROCKS!!! Call them today. You won’t be sorry.“

“The spicy tuna kimbap was really good. I could eat that everyday. People are very friendly and I was unfamiliar with somethings on the menu but they helped me and explained what they were. Don't be intimated by they menu if your not sure what it is, it was the first time try kimbap and I'm so glad I gave it a shot! Highly recommend ?. Also, recommend a kids menu or even a reduced price for a half portion option.“

“First time having Papa John's in years. But I was presently surprise by everything. The store was clean and they had a lot of people working. Workers were friendly and busy working. The food was good, a lot of butter on the garlic bread but still good. And the jalapeño was not as good as it once was many years ago.
Who I assume to be the manager was very nice, offered us plates and extra sauce, seeing that we were talking about going somewhere to eat outside. I will be back when I get a craving again.“

“I work off of Cedar Bluff so I stop in here quite a bit. Usually every time I go Rich is working. He is one of the most kind and personable people I have ever met. He made many of my bad days better because of his kindness. This is by far my favorite Pizza Hut location because of him. Give this man a raise! You don't find customer service like this anymore.
