Hatcher’s On Target BBQ is a hidden gem just outside of Knoxville. Their brisket is smoky and tender, with a perfect crust. It melts in your mouth, tender and juicy too! The pulled pork is flavorful! Can’t go wrong with any of his sides! The sauces are out of this world. If you're in town, don't miss this spot!
Wanted to get food off the main road and not a chain. Came here and thought it was closed. Few customers not busy at all. Order brisket with fries and baked beans with some pickles on the side and a sweet tea. Food was great. Price was fair for the size of my 3 briskett slices. The meat was moist bot dry, well seasoned, perfect bark, well balnced and had a kick. Would love to make tacos with it. The fries were a nice side seasoned and crispy. My beans had the right temp, taste and went well with the brisket. The man behind the counter was kind, welcoming and answered questions like we were old friends. If I lived here I would deffinately stop here more often.

First time visiting this BBQ place. Excellent BBQ I had the Mac and cheese + baked beans with pulled pork and brisket. Meat was tender and tasted great. Highly recommend.
