The brisket is excellent, and the mac and cheese is creamy and bubbly. The cheese biscuits are unique, with a texture similar to cornbread but with a biscuit twist. The Carolina pork and brisket are also highly praised, with the pork melting in customers' mouths and the brisket being the best they've had. The restaurant provides great service, with staff members going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The food is plentiful, with each dinner coming with 2 side items, except the BBQ Baker, which is a 10-pound potato loaded with butter, sour cream, cheese, and choice of meat.
