“Was waiting for a flight when I decided to stop here for a quick bite... i wish I was more hungry so I could try some of the delicious items on the menu but I went with their nachos. yUmMmM! Tasty for sure, I wish the pulled pork were bigger pieces for my plate of large nachos but hey, the flavor was great! My husband got the burger and the bacon was thick & crispy as hell - just how we like it ! 😋 will definitely be going back when we're back in the Alcoa area !!!“

“We love eating at Texas Roadhouse. Good food at a great price. This evening we dined there and we had the nicest, most attentive server we have ever had. Kim did an amazing job and she is the reason that I decided to post. From now on if she is working we want her to be our server!“

“We went 7/4/26 at 4pm. Had Famous Daves been open we would have eaten there. Jim's was okay but the spareribs were overdone and salty. They only come one way. We will not be going back. Too bad.“

“My husband and I traveled from Prince George, VA yesterday to go to The Shed to see Them Dirty Roses 🌹 It is an AWESOME venue. We had GREAT time. The food was awesome! The staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Little Morgan Wallen)!!“

“Clinton.Tn Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.“

“This location has been absolutely wonderful and even more so today. We came in early for a large pick-up order an hour early and everyone behind the counter were so understanding and kind. Nathan in particular kept me updated on the order and helped me carry it to the car. I can not thank them enough!“

“Our waiter, Jai, at the Pigeon Forge location was the best. He was polite, attentive and extremely efficient. When we arrived on a very cold, TN afternoon, he noticed us linger by the fireplace and immediately served a cup of hot coffee. Please know that he is an asset to your business.“

“Lived in Tennessee for 4 years now. Had some “okay” BBQ here and there. Some dude had a smoker at an old gas station, that kinda thing. It was all bland and overly salty. Famous Dave’s is excellent. You can taste the wood smoke in the brisket. The house BBQ sauce is really good. Great pork ribs. Best BBQ we have found in Tennessee.“

“I ordered a sirloin steak with a Tonion, I never received the Tonion and they apologized and removed it from the bill. The steak seemed a bit dry, sauce helped but maybe I am comparing it to the ribeye I had last time. The sweet potato was tasty and the tea was good. Will come back but perhaps do the ribeye again.“
