Drinks took an unusually long time to come from the bar, and we weren’t offered bread while other tables were. Our entrée was brought out while we were still eating appetizers and salad, and the server physically pushed plates aside with the entree plate to set it down. The pacing felt rushed and inattentive.
The bigger issue: a mouse ran across the porch during service toward the end of our dinner. Lights were on, the room was full, and the mouse seemed completely comfortable...read full review
The owner is a sexual perv who assaulted staff, sexually harasses female customers, and is just a nasty human!!
Our waiter, Jai, at the Pigeon Forge location was the best. He was polite, attentive and extremely efficient. When we arrived on a very cold, TN afternoon, he noticed us linger by the fireplace and immediately served a cup of hot coffee. Please know that he is an asset to your business.
