Our waiter, Jai, at the Pigeon Forge location was the best. He was polite, attentive and extremely efficient. When we arrived on a very cold, TN afternoon, he noticed us linger by the fireplace and immediately served a cup of hot coffee. Please know that he is an asset to your business.
Great food and best server we have had in a long time!!!!!! Shout out to Ashleigh for taking care of us and serving up the best milkshake to our kiddo😄
Friday is prime rib night and it is good. Cooked perfectly as ordered. The pork chop is also very good. The service is always good and the manager is conscientious about checking food and with customers. One thing - the prime rib had a lit of fat and gristle.
