“We couldn’t have been happier with Dead End BBQ as our wedding caterer! From the very beginning, they were wonderful to work with. The tasting was so much fun and made choosing our menu an easy decision because everything was so delicious.
Even though our wedding was in Gatlinburg, they traveled to our venue and everything was handled flawlessly. The food arrived fresh, hot, and right on time, and the entire catering experience was seamless.
The food was absolutely amazing, and our guests are still talking about it! The chicken was a huge hit, and the coleslaw was a favorite as well. We received so many compliments throughout the evening about how great everything tasted.
Great food can make a wedding even more memorable, and Dead End BBQ definitely delivered. We’re so thankful they were part of our special day and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for incredible food, outstanding service, and a team that truly goes above and beyond!“

However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.“

“Our waiter, Jai, at the Pigeon Forge location was the best. He was polite, attentive and extremely efficient. When we arrived on a very cold, TN afternoon, he noticed us linger by the fireplace and immediately served a cup of hot coffee. Please know that he is an asset to your business.“

“Lived in Tennessee for 4 years now. Had some “okay” BBQ here and there. Some dude had a smoker at an old gas station, that kinda thing. It was all bland and overly salty. Famous Dave’s is excellent. You can taste the wood smoke in the brisket. The house BBQ sauce is really good. Great pork ribs. Best BBQ we have found in Tennessee.“

“I ordered a sirloin steak with a Tonion, I never received the Tonion and they apologized and removed it from the bill. The steak seemed a bit dry, sauce helped but maybe I am comparing it to the ribeye I had last time. The sweet potato was tasty and the tea was good. Will come back but perhaps do the ribeye again.“

“Baked potatoes keep getting smaller and smaller. Got an order to go today and had to cook another potato at home to have one normal baked potato. Love your steaks, but you need to get bigger baked potatoes to keep me coming back.“
