“Stopped by on a Monday afternoon and was met with a nice calm, clean environment. Excellent music, and even better bartender! Kelly was amazing, couldn't believe they actually had my favorite cider (Queen os Swords Srrawberry Shortcake) on draft. Highly recommend the smoked turkey BLT as well.“

They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.“

“Amazing food and mixed drinks! I shared the big sample platter with baby back ribs, pulled pork, brisket and a chicken. For sides we had potato salad, Mac and cheese the baked beans. We also had the smoked meat and cheese platter. The only negative is we needed a bigger table for all our food, lol. There was four adults and we still needed to go boxes. Prices were reasonable.“

“Our waiter, Jai, at the Pigeon Forge location was the best. He was polite, attentive and extremely efficient. When we arrived on a very cold, TN afternoon, he noticed us linger by the fireplace and immediately served a cup of hot coffee. Please know that he is an asset to your business.“

“Very disappointing visit today. We typically love Longhorn Steakhouse, but we've had a could of less than ideal experiences there and it is becoming a pattern. We're going to stick with Texas Roadhouse for a while and hope for better luck at some point in the future.“

“Baked potatoes keep getting smaller and smaller. Got an order to go today and had to cook another potato at home to have one normal baked potato. Love your steaks, but you need to get bigger baked potatoes to keep me coming back.“
