What the what!! Go to The Humble Hog Knoxville!! The menu is innovative, unique, and not overwhelming. We started with fried pickels, chicken livers, and chicken wings naked w/ three different homemade bbq sauces. Entrées were 1/2 spare rib, rib tips, pork burger bhan mi, and pulled pork on brioche. Wow! I just ate here for the first time. It definitely won't be my last. I admit that I am a BBQ snob, believing that if the meat is moist and flavorful enough, it shouldn't need to be soaked in sauce. I ordered the Pulled Pork Sandwich on brioche. It was amazing. I added Cole slaw and didn't need sauce at all. The service is top notch and the space is fun and inviting.
