I guess it was an off day service wise. We waited over twenty minutes in drive through just to place order. No “sorry for the delay” or “thank you for your patience “. Just, “Your amount is $$$”. Hush puppies were cold. Sandwiches were excellent, as always. Seems like there was less meet but I made up for it with more sauce.

Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold
I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out.
I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced.

Ok, so I eat at Buddy's BBQ all the time. So today I go to the Bearden location for an early lunch. Get my food and drink and go to a table by the windows. As I am sitting there eating, small black ants are crawling everywhere, along the windows sills and even on my table while I was trying to eat. I killed about 3 .
