This is probably the worst location of buddy’s you can go , customer service is always the worst and they’re not getting any better people on drive through and so mean and rude and they will never get your order Right it doesn’t matter how hard you try.

I hadn't eaten at Buddy's BBQ Farragut in quite a while... I ate lunch there today... What a GREAT culinary experience. Food was fantastic, Price was very reasonable, and service was excellent. Highly recommended!
40 min in drive thru. Things missing from order. I walk in to get the missing items. There’s a line of fifteen people waiting to order w no one at the cash register. I get half of my missing items and left before I had to listen to any more of one of the ladies complaining about the manager to me at the counter.

The Buddy's Bar-B-Q in Sevierville has much better beef brisket and pulled pork. Also, the barbecue sauce tasted too much like vinegar unlike the sauce they use at the Buddy's in Sevierville. I won't be going to this Buddy's again.
Wife loved the ham, our pups loved the pulled pork which is why we stopped by.

The chicken sandwiches are great. Portions for the meals are a tad small but they gladly come to offer additional hush puppies, which is kind. I would like to see gloves worn and replaced each time they aren't in contact with food. This is important this day and time and it's sad when they don't. Workers sometimes don't look fresh and clean which is a huge issue with me. I gave a 5 star based on food taste and I try not to look at the kitchen and who is handling my food and how they handle the food.

Some of the best barbecue you will ever enjoy, and the staff is incredibly friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.
