Came in to get a simple 5meat Italian the lady that was working Cloie was absolutely amazing with her customer service and how she makes a sub I didn’t think that a sub should be pretty until today now I have much higher expectations for the surrounding subways! It was so hot in the store but she kept her composure and smile the entire time I feel so bad for that sweet woman in there! I will definitely come back just for her!

Subway on Lovell Ave had a disappointing experience with dirty hands and cups, but the location on another street provided excellent service. The staff member, Noah, remade the sandwiches for free and was very nice. Another Subway location had a positive experience with a patient, fast, and friendly staff member who took great care of a large order. Service was excellent, with fresh ingredients and polite customer service, even close to closing time.
