Food was great, but our server was amazing. Glinda will go down as one of the friendliest servers we ever had. She did her job well and made us feel like family while we were there.
We visited this location due to a previous not so good experience at another. We love Texas Road House food & the hospitality we were fortunate to experience with Jerika as our waitress was EXCEPTIONAL! She was TOP-NOTCH! & Service was greatly apprective! We are understanding people.....& so glad we choose to visit the Knox West location. Kudos to you Jerika! THANK U!

Our waitress was Sherry and she was the best. Definitely will be back here. This was also Sherry's first day on the floor. I went back in to talk with the manager and let them know how well she did.
