I have never had this type of service at any resteraunt I have ever been to in my entire life. Today me and my daughter had visited Knoxville and enjoyed a day trip at the zoo and decided we would finally try out the famous Cheesecake Factory. We were greetef immediately by a very nice young man and i do apologize I did not get his name and seated very quickly on a Saturday night, I was a little shocked.
