One of the greatest high-end American cuisine chains out there,this place has something for everyone. their cheesecakes are many, delicious flavors abound! if you have the ability to visit one please do so!Parking: As with any other mall, it can be crowded. If you find a good spot, you’re lucky.

First time visiting this Cheesecake in Knoxville. The food was well done, server was nice and courteous. We celebrated our Anniversary with some cheesecakes that were delicious. We enjoyed our little celebratory dinner.

The wait was a bit long, but that’s to be expected! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I’m pretty sure the hostess forgot about us before we were seated. But other than that the food was absolutely delicious! I’ve always had great experiences here :)

If my review was based solely on curbside I'd give it a 1 star but because I have been inside plenty of times with no issue it's a balanced rating. I remember when I thought cheesecake factory was something kind of special, now I can't really say I feel the same.The service last night was unnecessary and I will not be going back (not that they care). I placed a mobile pick up, it said it would be around 35 min. Pickup time was between 8:56-9:01pm. I used the "on the way"on the prompt, I arrived at 9pm and put my lot number in, usually the food comes out fairly quick but I knew there's a possibility of delay. 9:12 rolls around and I try calling the store, even though I shouldn't have to. It rings and rings, I try again, no answer. Finally my husband reaches someone and I explain we have been out here for 15 min. She puts me on hold then says she will be out. She has a small bag and I said I'm assuming that is not ours, it was just the cheesecake...it is now 9:20pm. She says they are still working on the food and that she will send a manager out. At this point I'm frustrated but I think okay atleast we know the food will be hot. Almost 10 min later a guy walks up, says are you such and such..and I said yes but not the last name and he says oh same thing, hands it to us and just walks away. No apology or goodnight. I could let that go but I open up to check the food and it's practically cold after being told it was still being made. Can you imagine picking up food and waiting another 30 min for it to be cold? I went inside looking like a fool and asked for a refund. Abagael was kind and listened and because she knew my frustration with it already being late she made sure they remade it while watching them do it and said I'd be refunded because what had happened was not right. I don't know if I'll be receiving a refund nor am I expecting that but I have yet to hear from the GM regarding this issue. I know there are kind and compassionate people stil out there, Abagael being one of them but you will continue to lose business conducting your business in this manner.

"When I went to pick up the order they weren't very friendly. Three staff members asked the same question, and the second staff member told me they didn't know when the order would be ready, even though it was already there at 4:22 PM. I arrived at 4:40 PM. I had to wait outside in the strong wind, a really bad experience today."

Disappointed how the system works because I have a party of eight trying to come in and I’ve tried to make a reservation and they stated they don’t do reservations for parties more than six I have to come in an hour before, and be put on the waitlist the day of. I think this is ridiculous for this to be the way the restaurant handles reservations for special occasions
