“Service is always great and food is always served fresh and piping hot - my only complaint is that I can only eat about half of the BBQ pork because whoever is breaking it up now is leaving big chunks of fat, etc. In it and it's not edible. I never had this problem until recently and it's gotten so bad that I get my pork on the side so I can pick through it before I put it on my potato or sandwich.“

“Clinton.Tn Went though the drive thru and bought brisket dinner and a brisket sandwich. The brisket was like wallet leather dry and the fries were stale and cold I took it inside and the crew today was so respectful and thoughtful. They apologized and made fresh fries and the just had fresh brisket come out. I will def. Retired because of the customer service I experienced. However, ensuring food meets quality before being served should be more focused on.“

“Look the bartender who worked Easter dont play. Best drink I've ever had. Tried to order 2nd long island ice tea and could handle it. She insisted on refunding 2nd order in which I vehemently refused but she did anyway. Will be returning when im back in Knoxville.“

“Baked potatoes keep getting smaller and smaller. Got an order to go today and had to cook another potato at home to have one normal baked potato. Love your steaks, but you need to get bigger baked potatoes to keep me coming back.“
