This my First time coming here I’m from Texas I will give them a 10. If you in OakRidge come get some barbecue the best in town. I already put me order for tomorrow for brisket plates. Wow this is soooooo delicious.
Shout out to FATS BBQ! We had a community event they showed up for and really made it for us! These guys love to cook and it shows. They don't just cook they put that special thang on their BBQ that left everyone talking long after. Good people and great food. Get some!!!

F.A.T.S BBQ is a popular take-out restaurant known for its amazing BBQ offerings in the greater Knoxville area. The restaurant is praised for its incredible food, including the pulled pork plate, brisket sandwich, and meaty, tender ribs. Diners have noted the generous portions and the strong hickory smoke flavor in the meats. Sides like potato salad, which is made with new potatoes and has unique texture, and BBQ beans, which are packed with pulled pork, receive high marks as well.
The Hawg Dog is highlighted as exceptional, and desserts like banana pudding cheesecake and cookies are also favorites among customers. The staff is described as super friendly and helpful, contributing to an excellent service experience. While F.A.T.S BBQ does not have a dining room and operates on a take-out basis, this has not deterred customers from raving about their meals. Many recommend F.A.T.S BBQ as the best BBQ joint in the area, making it a must-try for BBQ lovers.
