We just landed and we decided to get a bite to eat coming from the airport in Knoxville. And this place was on the way.. I had the fried pickles and my main male was sirloin with baby back ribs. It was actually made very well.. for a good price as too.. my wife had the hamburger she wasn't too crazy about it it was a little dry. The service was really good. If I lived in the area I would be back, and I do recommend.

This has become one of our go to places to eat out. The food is consistently good, there is rarely a wait, there is a family restroom, and usually decent beers on tap. We have had many good meals here and look forward to more.

UPDATE.. Came back yesterday since it was great last time.. not sure what happened or if it’s under new management but first the service was slow, the food took forever to come out even the appetizer which where just loaded fries.. orders grilled wings and received fried wings which was very disappointing since I pretty much come just for the grilled wings.. waitress kept making it seemed like I had ordered fried instead of just taking responsibility for her mess up, no big deal but I feel like you should be writing down the order instead of trying to memorize it and messing the order up.. wife’s chicken sandwich was ok kinda dry and the breading was falling off before you could even take a bite. Ranch was also lacking in flavor, tasted like sour cream, when existing host just stared at us not sayin anything.. the whole restaurants vibe was just off.. hopefully everything goes back to normal cause this can kill a business and it was already dead in there.

Finally!!! I’m from NC and i used to love going here. Sucks that there wasn’t here but now there is and i finally went today and yes it’s exactly the same!! Wings are awesome cheese fires are great and the ranch is super creamy!! Good food good service!! Will be back!!! Recommend the Grilled wings!!!

I’ve only had takeout, but it’s been surprisingly good. The Cajun Alfredo pasta is straight 🔥. Just ordered to go at close on Sunday evening (didn’t expect them to take my order honestly). The to-go host and other staff were awesome…I will probably be a regular from here out.

Service was awesome McKenzie was the best. Despite not having Pepsi for mixed drinks,or the ability to make a drink that was not on their menu due to the inability to charge for it through their corporate register. And the inability to make a Pina colada. The next time I go I'm calling ahead to see if they have Pepsi. Although one would think that on a Vol football weekend, whomever is in charge of ordering supplies would have been sure to have ordered enough to get through the weekend then to top it off we asked about turning on the NASCAR race was told no by the Manager due everyone wanted to watch football by the time we left to go home and watch the race the restaurant was one third or less capacity.

My waitress, Heaven, is just the sweetest thing in the area. I came in for the thanksgiving sandwich to feel comforted after my grandma just passed. The sandwich was delicious as I remember, but having Heaven as my waitress really made my day. She is a ball of kindness energy and was exactly the kind of service I desperately needed having a sad day. Thank you, Heaven. Also, the Cupcake Pinot Noir paired nicely with my meal.

This restaurant was a very good find! My significant other had lunch there the day before with a friend and wanted me to go! Mostly because he wanted to back for his favorite dish! So we went and it was exactly how he described, clean, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and really good food! We sat at the bar, Keith's favorite place to sit. The server, Eden was quick with a greeting and a smile. She took our order and the food came out in good time and look amazing! The runner that brought out our food was so sweet and asked if we needed anything else and took our extra plates. Then Eden came to check on us as well, brought me some extra mayo. I couldn't eat my sandwich but took it back to our hotel for later. They took our order for our poodle, Jolie Fleur, kids chicken tenders. I had the grilled chicken sandwich & Keith had the ribs platter we both had the baked beans and I would recommend trying them, because they were excellent.
What I have learned, never think that great customer service is a lost art, there still some wonderful people out there doing great service for the public. So I can absolutely say, if you are in the area and you're hungry do mark this restaurant on your favorite list! You won't be disappointed!

Drinks are mostly ice and light pours, buyer beware. Food was good and atmosphere is awesome, but the drinks felt like gotchas.
