Monday chicken deal was perfect
Very nice quiet place to eat not noisy like all the other restaurants you can actually talk to the people at your table without having to holler over all the other loud mouth people
Had a really nice server and a deliciously cooked burger.
Our server/waitress Chloe B was the rockstar! She was very attentive and made sure we all are contented with our food.
The service was great but food was awful. Rubbery eggs and the bacon looked old. Will not return.
A group of us went to O'Charley's for Mother's Day dinner. 5 of th 10 people were moms. Everything went, just like clock work. No waiting, no wrong orders, and no under or overcooked food. Then, after we got finished, the waitress brought out 5, $5 dollar off cards for the moms. How are you gonna beat a deal like that? We had a very nice afternoon.
Extra friendly wait staff. Manager checked on us. It is a clean resturant. The food arrived quickly and was satisfactory. I will return and I would recommend.

Excellent Prime Rib, baked potato and okra. Birthday Sunday was nice!
Told the waitress. Unfortunately she didn’t check on us until we were finished. Wayyyyy too many tables for her. Fries were raw. Rest of the food was ok. Won’t be back.

I picked up the salmon hoping it wouldn’t be dry and overcooked like it is when they deliver it. Nope. Sawdust. For what it costs, you should take more care to cook it well.
We ordered DoorDash a few nights back, and our food was wrong, and DoorDash didn’t want to make it right, so I called O’Charley’s, well, Kevin(the manager) at O’Charley’s made it right for us, we definitely appreciate the lengths he went to, to make it right. 5⭐️. Definitely eat there again.
