O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

Had to wait 15mins to be seated in a half empty restaurant. Then when we got seated we waited 20 mins. before a waitress came to our table to take our drink orders tried flagging down the little short waitress to ask about a server but was ignored. Finally ordered our food shrimp scampi was very dry, and i ordered combo app. Asked for chicken tenders to be tossed in nashville hot, got bbq on them instead asked waitress about it and she said she didnt know the difference but would ask never heard anything back from her about it. Very disappointed in how bad the service was tonight. may be awhile before we come back again.

This location in my opinion is the best period. Our server has the best personality and she cared about our party

Delicious dinner, amazing service! O'Charley's is another great restaurant I really miss. I moved to Florida in 2017, and i haven't dined at O'Charley's since leaving Tennessee. After an excellent, enjoyable Friday night dinner, I realized how much I miss not having an O'Charley's in my area. My friends and I decided to dine at the O'Charley's in Alcoa for our obligatory Friday night out. O'Charley's was an excellent choice! The dining room and facilities are immaculate. The atmosphere perfect for a great conversation with friends. Naturally, being a Friday night, there was a very short wait prior to being seated in a very comfortable booth. All three of us ordered the Fried chicken tenders salad. This salad was always a favorite of mine from my many years ago. I was so happy to see it remains on the current menu. The salad was delicious; served with lots of breaded, fried chicken; tomatoes, cheese and honey mustard dressing. The highlight of our perfect evening; Chantelle, our awesome, amazing server!! Chantelle's friendly, attentive service and kind, caring personality made our Friday night dinner absolutely perfect (Thanks Chantelle!!!!) Now having been temporarily displaced from my home in Florida and living in Tennessee again, I am anxious to return and expect O'Charley's again (hopefully, Chantelle will be serving!!!)

Absolutely love it!! My mother and I and sometimes other family comes in here all the time to eat Lunch/Dinner. Wanna give a big shout out to Our main server Ethan who always takes care of us. Food comes out perfect, All the servers are really nice, and Just a great quiet chill place over all. I love going to restaurants and making people laugh and still be able to enjoy my food and their laughter with us. It's what really makes great customer service.. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I've eaten here many years ago and decided to take my family to enjoy it as well. They did not disappoint us. The food, service, and atmosphere all were top notch. I will definitely be going back. Bet on it

Salad was out of the bag stale, rotten pieces, baked potato was left over 2 days, ribs were dry and left over, potato soup was terrible, immitation cheese glob. Dinner rolls not baked, will not return.

So I have to say price verses quality was disappointing. I ordered a sirloin steak and the steak I got looked like it was scrape from the end of a cut. Seriously I seen better cuts of steak at Walmart.

Maybe I'm not the best person to give a bias review cause my daughter works there but in all honesty it's a nice clean friendly atmosphere good food reasonable prices excellent staff so give it a try some time u want regret it wink wink ask for Kim.
