I’ve had O’Charley’s loaded potato soup several times and always been pleased. But this time there was no “soup.” It was a bowl of cheese. I was very disappointed since that’s what I wanted when we went there. There were very few customers and after receiving my meal I can understand why.

Very slow and quiet. Was waited on right away. Food was good for the most part. Sweet mashed potatoes were just warm. Good but I think I will ask for no brown sugar on them next time. Green beans were hot. So was my grilled chicken. However I thi k they put too much seasoning on them. The rolls were warm and soft. By the time I seen my host again, it wasn't until after I was finished eating and waiting for them to come and ask me if I need anything else and get the check....

I would recommend this place for large parties of 10 or more.
