Pizza Hut in Alcoa

“I work in the Alcoa area and my family now refuses to order pizza from the Pizza Hut location near our home. They are terrible. They never have gotten any of our orders correct. Rude employee's. They gave us a free pizza due to them not submitting/making a complete order. I refused to go to that same location even when the pizza is free. We placed the order at this new location for our family. They were great. Greeted as I entered. Asked if I was there to pick up an order or too dine in. I explained it was there too pick up. She asked the name and handed me the pizza. Said good bye and even had a smile while it was said. Pizza will be cold by the time I get it home, but if I can order a pizza and have them get the order correct and exchange pleasant words...yes, this is my new Pizza Hut.“

“WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! I want throw this out there I've seen many bad reviews for this location but we was treated WONDERFUL!! I also wanna say sometimes if you treat people shitty your gonna get shitty service. Asking someone how they day is goes along way in this day in time growing up in Maryville boy has the attitudes of people changed and being ugly to people doesn't get you anywhere but bad service. ALWAYS TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANNA BE TREATED!! The food was FANTASTIC & a little pricey but lots of things are pricey these days. Keep up the AMAZING WORK!!“
