Made the mistake of eating here for lunch at the Alcoa Highway location. Salad bar was nice. Staff were nice. Ordered 6 oz ribeye and baked potato. I was shocked when they brought my meal. The “ribeye” was less than appealing to the eye. About 1/4” thick. Took one bite. Disgusting and vomit worthy. Suggested to my husband it was road kill from Alcoa Highway. Not one of the staff asked why I hadn’t eaten the steak. We paid for the meal. Will NOT ever go back. Diners beware!
We walked in and saw a couple of waiters and a bartender. Two people were in the kitchen. We waited for a while and no one even acknowledged that we had walked in. It was very obvious they were avoiding eye contact and were hoping we would walk out which we did.
My wife and I went to restaurant to get a salad on the 29th of December. The Kaneisha was taking our order. I ordered the salad bar and an Arnold Palmer. My ask about the specials. Kaneisha said rudely something about a fish sandwich. But she ordered salad bar and water with lemon. We went to the salad bar. The salad bar was bad at least eight items was empty.
