“Today I looked to see who had the best burger and this showed up. So we decided to try it out. We gotta say they have the best nacho appetizer we ever had. They made it like it should be. Then I had the steak burger and he had the all American burger, great food. I have to add the server Laurie was great. She was friendly and very accommodating. Anything we asked for she got it right away. Took time to talk to us and a great server. We definitely found a new place to go to. Thank you so much. 10+ all the way around. Thank you Laurie we will be back.“

“My 13 year old son and I stopped in for dinner tonight. Stephany was amazing! Very tentative, offered great food and drink recommendations, and even in the midst of chaos, she kept a smile in her face. She was even able to get my tired, grumpy son to crack a smile.

“Well, they got a new chicken sandwich out and according to the picture I took it’s pretty freaking big. My stepfather and I enjoyed a lunch at Applebee’s. The food came out warm and of course there was the all factor which you don’t ever get anymore so thank you for that. You should definitely try the new chicken sandwich..“

“I was here on New Year’s Eve. Alone in the city, I wasn’t familiar with. I stopped in here to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Didn’t wanna sit alone in the hotel room. I loved every bit of this place. The bartenders are amazing, especially Jasmine. The DJ did a great job playing music kept the party fun. The owner was even behind the bar, making drinks and making sure he supported his staff every way he could. I ended up staying until closing time and then I couldn’t get a Lyft ride back to the hotel. I was waiting for a good half an hour I never got a response from Lyft for my ride request. When the owner heard about this He himself pulled his truck up and gave me a ride back to my hotel. If you are Ever in the area I highly suggest stopping in. They truly go above and beyond. Thank you guys again for a great experience.“

“Update: Still the best place in Knoxville to hangout with an excellent menu and great food. The Oasis burger was great and delicious, pictured. It is a nice big burger and real tater fries. Paul's never disappoints.

Parking: Parking is plentiful and easy to maneuver around the parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: My children love it here. They are always happy to see and sit on the donkey outside. We miss the fountain ⛲️ though ?

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out plus the staff would be more than willing to assist if needed. Couldn't ask for better people in an establishment.“

“For the most part I really like this restaurant and the food is very good. Most of the time the service is great, however, the afternoon’s service wasn’t what I would expect from this place. When we first got there it took a little bit to get seated. We noticed a couple of girls behind the counter on their cell phones. Once we got waited on, our server was one of the ones on their phone, the food came out pretty quick. Our server stopped by our seemingly in a hurry and asked if e were good. At the time we were. We never saw her again until she noticed e we were done. No refills on our drinks at all. I’ll come back here to eat, but hopefully we don’t get the same server.“
