Basic Starbucks located inside McGee Tyson airport. Starbucks is always overpriced, but this location is even more so. Service at Starbucks is always slow, but this location is a little slower than others.
Urgh.Waited in a long line only to find out they no longer carry the Impossible Breakfast sammie.There was a sign with 4 items marked off but not that sammie and 3 others.
TIP:To staff.Do bot stuff food into your face while 12 customers are in line and can see you.1 raking orders, 1 staff making drinks.4 others standing around chatting.Long ago I was a shareholder happy to say I am no longer!

People were leaving the 15+ minutes-long line because they were only taking a new order once every five minutes. Staff (4ppl) were moseying around. Corporate needs to send in a manager...

Well, my sugar free vanilla latte didn’t seem to have any vanilla in it. It was not good at all. My double smoked bacon ? egg and cheese sandwich was cold in the middle. The bacon was not crispy, which I should have known. So the food was not great, however the girl making my drink had excellent customer service. She was very friendly and talkative. This is not normal in an airport at 5:00 am. She was great! She wore glasses and was tattooed. She is also circled in one of the pictures.

Their printing machine wont work and wouldnt care to submit orders for missing orders. Waited for more than 20 mins while people who came after me already got their orders
I understand that its a Starbucks at an airport, and I know it can probably get hectic, but this location needs to make some serious changes. Starting with management. The shift supervisor this morning was rude, snotty, unprofessional, and not a very pleasant person. I love the seasonal coffee they have a Starbucks, so I tolerate the price, but the price and bad service may have me re-thinking where I want to spend my money.

I worked here briefly a few years ago and it was the worst. It was way too busy for the size of the store. We got berated by impatient travelers for 9 dollars an hour. Hey customers, if you see the line has 30 plus people at 5 a.m and is wrapped all the way to the TSA gate, don't complain when it takes too long and you're late for your flight. Maybe waiting 20 minutes for coffee shouldn't be the priority. Also, the management rarely helped us out and hid in the offices. And the customer was always right, even when they were wrong. Gross. Also they didn't provide floor mats, and my feet had never hurt so bad. I had to get cortisone shots due to the pain

The manager on duty didn’t get her name white heavy set lady super rude set a negative vibe in the establishment. Not only rude to us but I witnessed her be very nasty towards another customer speaking in such a horrible way and rolling eyes. Very unprofessional. Bad for business ?? side note wasn’t serving breakfast sandwiches stating it was too busy but we’re in the airport !?

No espresso at all!$4.75 for a coffee with Creamer and some flavors because they are out of espresso. Cant even get a mocha. Waited in a long line before they were open. I can get that for free on a plane and why would I want to pay almost $5 for a basic coffee when specialty coffee is $1.00 more. No thanks. Now I understand why people were walking away.

Waiting for 25 minutes in line as it says you open at 4:45 and didn’t open on time. Waited until 4:50 and still weren’t open. Had to leave to board our plane. There were at least 15 people in line behind us. The employees were there, just not interested in helping customers.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The staff rudely told an older couple with disabilities that it's a mobile order-only situation, no help offered, just a shrug and back to work. Great way to lose customers. Everyone should feel welcome, especially those who just need a coffee. Disheartening customer service.

Rude, wouldn't make my drink how I asked, and the barista wanted to argue with me. Avoid if possible. Terrible service here.
