I don’t usually drink Starbucks but have stopped here twice in the past couple of weeks for emergency caffeine. (More of a local coffee shop girlie, sorry) But, I have been super impressed with the customer service both times. Today I was feeling upset over some personal stuff and the person at the drive thru was so friendly and kind, I literally left feeling more optimistic and uplifted. So thanks for employing kind people who are friendly, Starbucks!

What the hell is going on with Starbucks? I couldn't buy a dark roast coffee, dark roast latte, or dark roast espresso!I like Dark Roast Drinks...So when you go to Starbucks for French or Summatra dark roast coffee and you are told Nope, don't have it ?It's very heart breaking.So I ordered the darkest roast with a quad shot of espresso!
