Sold me cold coffee! They had to know because the cream didn't even mix in! Bottom of the barrel cold coffee but was supposed to be regular HOT Coffee!

I ordered a mocha Frappuccino. To sweet and not enough coffee. It was like drinking super sweet milk. The employees were wonderful. The service was fast and friendly. This drink seems to have a different recipe depending on where I get one.

Terrible. Tried to order at 5, they said they were closed when they closed at 5:30.. the workers and lousy collage students, FIRE THEM! I can’t believe a 12 year old is telling you that your staff is terrible. May as well shut down.. if I could rate 0 I would 100%

Ordered two special made drinks. Was not made properly. Drink stated “upside down” on sticker and was not upside down. Nor was there any caramel when it comes on the drink. Took 15 minutes for the order AFTER being preordered. Drinks still are not made correctly. Every starbucks i have gone to in my state has no problem completing this order. Did not bother to ask for it to be remade because i do not feel i should wait another 15 minutes. Employees need more training before being released on their own. If i could give a half star i would.

I was told by staff, very rudely, that the store was closed at 7:30 pm last night. I continued shopping and came out of an isle and saw the same girl, her name is Jordyn, waiting on another customers. So I walked up behind the customer, who was paying for her order, and was told that they were closed, again by the same rude girl, at 7:59. The front end Manager of Food City tried to explain that the card reader had messed up earlier and that was why she had said they were closed. That in no way explained her attitude and why I couldn't have my overpriced tea, all they had to do was put hot water and a tea bag in a cup. I asked for the store manager and was allowed to order. Well he told them to take my order. I had decided that I would never come back to Food City again if something hadn't been worked out. I looked on Starbucks website to find the phone number of the store, so I could speak to their manager but there wasn't one on the website. So I'm putting my complaint on here. I have never complained about anyone in my whole life. This situation is totally ridiculous!!!! I won't come to Starbucks again!!!
