I just left this taco bell while doordashing and Reston is one of the kindest fast food employees i have encountered in such a long time. he asked me if i wanted a coffee or any other type of drink and i have never had that happen at a taco bell while doordashing. he has such a bubbly and contagious personality and i definitely feel like he deserves to make more than he does working there. not sure of his hours but i highly recommend going around 11:30 PM to see him. 10/10 employee

This is possibly the best Taco Bell hands down. Clean, friendly and food was amazing! Andrew on night shift 9/27 gave some of the best guest service I've seen in a long time. Great team and great place. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!
The foods always hot like expected. Depending on whose working, customer service is friendly and will actually talk to you. Other times they'll just hand you the food with little to no interaction at all

We haven't been to a Taco Bell in several years due to the lack of customer service and having to use the computer to order food. Then getting it wrong and waiting forever...
We decided to try this location because it was new and close to the house. I was surprised that the people were friendly - very friendly.. in fact the first time we went was just to pick up for a friend... the order was taking longer than expected and the man at the window not only apologized for the delay but gave me a drink while I waited. Today we ordered for ourselves and the woman at the window was both friendly and professional. There was no wait and the food was still hot and fresh when we got home to eat. I'm so glad the managers at this location take pride in their work and employees because we really have missed the Doritos tacos lol we will definitely return!
