After sitting in the drive through for 40+ mins waiting on the food I pre ordered on the mobile app …. Watching the drive through guy continue to touch his hair and hat with his bare hands and touch all the drink cups and put drinks in them and put lids on them 😩😩😩 literally makes me cringe and to top it off… our food isn’t even ready yet……AND I get home… and they forgot MY food. 😑😑😑… and the fries were frozen!!!
The girl at the window Whitney was rude and hateful and basically threw my stuff at me. Horrible customer service I don’t want to see anyone loose their job so maybe just put her away from the customers.
