“First time to stop by and not sure if I will be back. I have a dog and am not opposed to them so don't hate on me. However, I brought my new grandbaby here to relax and enjoy while we talked and caught up, but these animals constantly under my feet, smelling horrible from the rain and causing her to sneeze, this definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. They have a patio so why not enjoy the dogs under the outdoor cover? As a business owner I would recommend outdoor pets only! Just my thoughts but strong opinion that I won't be back.“
“Kid-friendliness: They welcome our two young sons with open arms and have many kid options for them as well. They even make their hot chocolate kid temperature if you want them to! Cannot recommend this place enough and amazing Americanos as well!“
“Came here for an afternoon coffee with my wife, and I’m impressed by the easy access and cleanliness. There are plenty of wheelchair parking spaces, an ADA ramp with handrails, and the front door push pads for automatic opening. As a differently abled American, I appreciate the time and effort put into businesses for all abilities. Thank you for being aware and thoughtful, we will definitely be back whenever in the area. ?Wheelchair accessibility: I had no problem entering/exiting this business. The counter is low enough to pay from a chair.“
“It was super cute and cozy!! And I absolutely loved the atmosphere. The barista was super super nice, and we met a couple of people in there that had such bright and beautiful personalities. Overall, it was a very pleasant stop, and a place I'll definitely be looking out for in the future!“
“I've been coming to Cookeville for years to visit my son who lives there. We have a tradition of getting ice cream together. After Baskin Robbins closed down we had to search for something else and found Cream City 2 or 3 years ago. I'm SO glad we did. It has now become our new tradition. Awesome place. Staff is always friendly. Ice cream is always good and they often have some different and neat flavors. I love the old pictures and historical memorabilia in the shop also. It's a neat tribute to the history of the town. Thanks!“
“Stopped by 2/16 on my way from SC to CA and between the wonderful young lady and the coffee I had a most amazing experience . This drive up coffee shop is made out of a horse trailer with a cool decor , great coffee with old west names and an amazing barista Totally recommend giving this place a try Had the "Smoke Wagon" (cinnamon latte with more cinnamon on top) had to be one of the best coffee's I have ever had . If you like cinnamon it is a must .“
“They had a power outage, but handled it very professionally. They were quick and very nice. Great coffee. Great service.Parking: Parking is the only problem this Starbucks has. With the drive through in the way. It is difficult to get a spot.“
“First time here but not a first timer with boba tea. The store is airy and clean. I had no clue what I was ordering in the orange and purple coconut with boba but I’m a risk taker regarding trying new things. Both of my drinks were winners and my kid is especially loving the boba tea. Now she’s a first timer as a boba tea drinker.“
“I ordered a matcha latte with honey lavender flavoring, and it was amazing! The perfect amount of sweetness. The barista, Kate, was very easy to talk to and she made me feel extremely welcome there even though I was just stopping through for a to-go drink.“
“AMAZING, I compared Ralph's to here and here is WAY BETTER, you spend a few more cents BUT the doughnuts are bigger and better. I have never been to either of these places before, I just heard from a student to compare and I did and this place was just much better.“
“Busy little place, easily recognizable as a college town. Atmosphere reminded us of Asheville, sort of stuffy. Staff seemed to be over the crowd and not really interested in joviality. Coffee was great. I enjoyed a frappe with a banana pound cake dessert.“
“First visit at Poets and I loved it! It’s so cozy! I love the little dinosaurs on the window sills! The service was great, the employees were very kind and helpful. I got the bourbon caramel drink, can’t remember the name, but it was amazing. Shoutout to the barista that made it and and the cashier who suggested it cold. They also suggested a sandwich called the Hobbs. Stop. It was so good. First time in a long time I’ve actually finished my coffee and food from a cafe. I usually throw it away halfway through. But not this time! Can’t wait to come again :)“
“Great customer service, meal was delivered to me quickly. I truly believe I'll be back at this McDonald's, it's in a good location, as well as friendly people working in this store. A really tall gentleman that worked there was very polite to me as soon as I entered the store he held the door open for me. 5 stars for this location!“
