Outstanding customer service from the staff working on Dec 27, 2023 around 730 PM. There was a delay with the delivery and they made sure the pizza was fresh (and delicious) when I got it and made sure to apologize for the delay and make it right. Great service and great food!
The only thing missing at this location is an area for "sit down". It's my first time trying their food, so maybe they're all takeout. My Detroit pizza was excellent. I called in advance & the robo order worked perfectly. The staff was courteous & were open to banter. I look forward to trying some other items on the menu.I didn't include any pictures since the web site fotos were just how my food looked. If you had a bad experience, give them another chance.

I used to go to this location about a year ago I stopped going because my order was always wrong and it was messed up I noticed that there's a new store manager there I believe his name is Robert and he is an amazing manager he has turned that store around my order since I've been back has never been wrong the staff is polite the staff is always courteous and they say thank you do I need anything else the restaurant is clean and so is the bathroom before I wouldn't even use the...read full review
