12/31/25 - What a difference a year makes! My original review below was based on a horrible experience. Now, a year later, I can say this location has made a 360 turn for the better. I have no complaints! The food was hot and everything I ordered was better than I expected. I want to highlight the General Manager, Eric, who created an EXCEPTIONAL experience for this visit.

By far one of the cleanest Panera’s I’ve ever been in. The food was fresh and the GM was extremely kind! He took our order, explained the menu, brought our food to us, and checked in after. Exceptional service. Great job.

This restaurant is super clean and professional from the moment I walked in and placed my order at the kiosk they were very friendly front the front register staff to the management. I’ve been to other panera bread locations this has been the best experience. Today is July 27th 2025 the staff this evening was great. If I lived closer I would come more often.
