Disappointed. I love chipotle. But I made an online order and it completely wrong when I got home. Asked for tomato salsa and got corn. I asked for no beans and got black beans. I even paid extra for the new cilantro like sauce but was not given any.
I tried dealing with the customer care that they have and was only offered a free drink. I didn’t even order a drink. Very disappointing.
The whole experience is a disaster. Management really needs to step in. Super slow, I waited 30 plus minutes on a bowl inside for absolutely no reason. Corporate please look into this location
