Employees are very rude and dont know how to speak to people. The food is nasty it doesn't have any seasoning. The atmosphere is bad only because of the rude workers.

From a delivery drivers perspective if the door says open till 10 or midnight i would expect that to be the case. Sat outside waiting for my order bc an employee said they would bring it out due to the drive thru being wrapped around the entire building. Waited 20 min and nothing. Sorry to whoever order i canceled but can’t sit waiting that long on a “fast food” place that don’t give a shit about delivery drivers

I eat at Popeyes on Murfreesboro Pike atleast twice a week or more. No matter if my daughter and I are dining in or picking our food up, the staff is always friendly and we get exactly what we ordered hot and fresh and ready in a timely manner ! Best Popeyes around!

This is the worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to, my food was cold and I ask for either the food to be remade or a refund they literally told me they aren’t doing either because the wrap including the chicken on the wrap should be cold and also look at the chicken that they put on both the wrap, this is unacceptable.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 I would, everytime I go to this Popeye, they have workers that’s slower than last time I went.The worst Popeyes ever👎 girl in drive at 7:00pm please get some more training cause u obviously can’t count.
