If you actually LIKE tapioca tea, this is not the place for it. I travel a lot and like to enjoy bubble tea in any city I’m in. The coconut bubble tea I had was so bad it’s laughable and sad at the same time ? the consistency of the tea was like pudding and the tapioca was so soggy! I took one sip and had to throw it away because it was making me feel nauseous. The atmosphere was also uncomfortable because there were customers who weren’t drinking or eating anything just sitting and hanging out being very obnoxious and loud. I wanted to like it so bad. But unfortunately this was not good.

Went to pick up an order and they were out of large cups and was told I’d have to wait 10 min for cups from another store. Is this really the way to do business. Maybe you should t have little girls running the place.

Went in to use the bathroom, naturally had to get something. Store was empty, but there were 3 employees. Customer service was strange. Felt robotic, especially given how empty the place was. No prices on the TV menu, which was a huge red flag but I had no choice. Spent almost $7 on a "regular" drink (tiny imo) and they had the audacity to ask for a tip on the touchscreen. No thanks. Terrible value. Atmosphere was weird so I left and drank it outside. Drink was good, not great. Would not recommend.
Went there on a whim. There was a nervous guy manning the register and a glowering chick behind him. Just had a very weird vibe.Actual decoration of the store was nice.Drink was okay, I got a large jasmine without add ons. Total came out to be about 7$+ with tax.I want to support small Asian businesses but I think they can do better.
