WIN Bubble Tea Hickory Hollow offers an exceptional customer service experience, with friendly staff willing to make recommendations. The cozy atmosphere features nice decorations and is perfectly clean, creating a comfortable spot for customers. The menu includes a variety of drinks, such as Thai tea, coffee, and milk teas, which many find fragrant and delicious. While the milk teas may not be perfect, with some considering the flavor just okay, the bubble tea is described as "not bad" with small and chewy bubbles. Customers appreciate the owner, Tony, whose hospitality goes above and beyond, creating memorable experiences. Overall, it's a great place to support small Asian businesses and enjoy refreshing drinks.
