Huge shout out to The Enitre Staff today,,,, especially Ms.Lesia its been a very long time since we've received customer service like we did today. Was a very pleasant definitely need more Ms.Lesia's in the food industry!!!!! Also wanted to shout out the young man at the window as well I didnt catch his name but he was at the 2nd window on 6/23 @ 1:47pm . Very respectful & Attentive! Thanks Young Man! Keep showing up & showing out!!!!!
On the door dash options, I wasn't able to order the zesty sauces I love at BK, I called the store and Kamika answered the phone and during dinner rush, she took the time to open the app herself and verified that the sauces weren't an option in the app but reassured me she would remember my order and name so she could personally provide me my regular order with the sauces.
