HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Manager is very rude and unprofessional. Ruined my child’s birthday experience.
The upgrade, was definitely a true upgrade... the staff was so kind, helpful, and all in all professional... Love the new games, and new prizes to win... the little kids area was amazing, my birthday girl (3) cried to leave... my older girls didn't want to leave and honestly I even had a great time... Food was much better and the place was so clean 🙏💖
