The upgrade, was definitely a true upgrade... the staff was so kind, helpful, and all in all professional... Love the new games, and new prizes to win... the little kids area was amazing, my birthday girl (3) cried to leave... my older girls didn't want to leave and honestly I even had a great time... Food was much better and the place was so clean 🙏💖

Chuck E. Cheese, located in a remote area, offers decent food and entertainment. The puppet videos and games were criticized for feeling rigged, but the kids had a great time. Vegetarian options are limited to a salad bar, while parking is abundant. The place is wheelchair accessible with ramps and special bathrooms. Customer service was praised, and recent renovations created a more peaceful atmosphere. A fun spot for families with children, though not worth going out of the way for a party.
