We were very dissatisfied by our visit today at the Antioch location. We had a church trip for our special needs children and it was not a safe environment. No one was standing by the doors making it really easy for kids to run out, the staff members were very rude and unkind, and unwelcoming. They also started vacuuming while the kids were playing making it very dangerous for the kids and multiple kids tripped and fell over the wire.

As the coordinator of the “Light of Angels” special needs group, our visit to Chuck E. Cheese’s today was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite choosing this location for its convenience, the experience was marred by abysmal management and a complete lack of professionalism from the staff. The so-called “team” consisted of high school kids who clearly lacked any semblance of customer service skills or discipline. Their rude demeanor and dismissive attitude towards everyone, including our special needs children, was utterly unacceptable. Safety was a grave concern as well, with no staff stationed at the door, allowing any child to leave unsupervised. Adding insult to injury, they thought it wise to operate a vacuum cleaner amidst the chaos of running children, posing a serious hazard. To top it off, when we attempted to reconcile the discrepancies in our payment—$9.99 per ticket for 33 children, all tax-exempt—the manager’s response was shockingly confrontational and unhelpful. Instead of providing a reasonable explanation, she rudely dismissed us with a tone of contempt, leaving us bewildered and frustrated. Consequently, both the children and their parents left the premises feeling thoroughly dissatisfied, labeling it as the worst field trip experience ever. Chuck E. Cheese’s should be ashamed of the appalling service and disregard for safety displayed during our visit.

The worst location ever!!!!! I gave one star because there were no 0. as special need group with the church we visited Chuck E. Cheese’s, Antioch recently and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The manager was shockingly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of regard for customer service. Safety was a major concern as well, with no staff stationed by the door to monitor entrances and exits, potentially putting children at risk. To make matters worse, they decided it was a good idea to run a vacuum cleaner while kids were actively playing, resulting in numerous accidents caused by the cord. It’s evident that proper safety protocols and customer care are sorely lacking at this establishment.

My family took my great grandbaby to this place, and she had an awesome time. We had not been there since she was three, and now she's 9 years old. They have renovated and updated the place, and the ambiance was calming. I believe they reduced the sound system. ????Parking: Plenty of free parking.Wheelchair accessibility: There were ramps and wheelchair accessibility bathroom.

Terrible terrible terrible! This place is ran by high schoolers with no customer service etiquette! Pizza was burnt, games barely working, and wheelchair lift having malfunctions and no workers know how to trouble shoot to fix. Asked for the manger and the high schooler tells me there is no manger. So that means this place is being ran with no adult supervision!
