Staff are pleasant and efficient, with some workers exceling in their roles. The restaurant also offers a Hershey Chocolate shake, which is highly praised. While there may be a wait to order, the one-customer-at-a-time approach ensures a smooth experience. Despite occasional understaffing, customer service remains wonderful.
