I use my McDonald’s app to place my orders. Today while waiting in the drive thru line, I must have hit my phone screen, it changed my order from a code to give them to a table. When I explained this to the woman working the speaker, I got attitude and told her”don’t know what to tell you.” I told her I didn’t have shoes on to come inside so how can we fix this, she just pushed off on the next person… customer service needs to be worked on..
The big breakfast gets smaller and smaller
I ordered my food (bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and a hash brown) on the app, went in and the food was ready, however, when I opened my sandwich, there was only one bacon on it, I waved the manager down, showed her, and she was surprised that I only got one piece of bacon on it. She took the sandwich and put more bacon on it. So I am giving a 4 stars because they were able to remedy their mistake, but if I had not looked at the sandwich before I left, I would have been angry!!...read full review
