Whoever the employees are at the drive thru right now - top tier. Curly hair, brown hair, guy at the second window, your customer service is is genuine and it’s very refreshing to experience that in todays society. I hope your managers do not take you for granted
Upgrading drink sizes without consent, so was charged extra for something I didn't want. And I don't find this out til i get my receipt after paying. Seems like a shady strategy to get upsells. (I.e kids meal drinks upgraded to mediums). Since a lot of people aren't going to take the time to try and get a refund in the drive-through.
