“Thank you for hosting us for dinner tonight. The appetizers were delicious, and the entrées were equally impressive— I enjoyed the General Chicken while my partner had the General Shrimp. Both dishes were prepared with great care. I’d also like to give a special shout‑out to Alex, who was truly a class act. He went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with our meals. For me, customer service is what defines a business, and Alex’s genuine care for his customers is simply stellar.“

“This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants. I love hibachi. However, all hibachi restaurants don’t deliver the quality that I am seeking. The seasoning of the food at A-Tan is always perfect. No extra seasonings are needed. I don’t have to drench my food with sauces either because the taste is always good.“

“So sorry that we didn’t take pics of food before we ate!!! Ordered Rainbow rolls and East Memphis rolls—perfection! Hibachi Chicken & Steak (note to self: order steak on the rare side—our medium rare was more medium) also shared at table along with Hibachi Chicken & Shrimp. The Clear Soup was delicious, too. Can’t wait to return!“
