Chang's house is the best Chinese takeout in the area, period. Always hot, fresh, and delicious!
First time there, did take out. Kung Pao Beef, Beef Fried Rice, Spring Rolls and Fried Biscuits (Mantow).
Young fellow at desk said KPB was not too spicy, so asked for Extra Spicy and was NOT disappointed.
KPB was delicious, superb level of spice, lovely thick sauce, portion size was large, very nice.
We will come back!
Always good food. Best Chinese food in Bartlett. Very friendly always.
