They need to stop selling day old doughnuts. I placed an order one hour after they opened and they were awful.
For the first 3-4 years the Bartlett (TN) Krispy Kreme was open, it was one of the worst managed donut shops I’ve ever visited. Slow and incompetent. While their service is better, the donuts are awful. The last straw for me was today (2/23/24). I went there at 7:45 AM on a Friday (when EVERYONE buys donuts) and received two stale, cold donuts with a sticky glaze that wasn’t even close to dry. Plus they’ve reduced the size noticeably. Stale donuts, rude incompetent employees and on the day celebrating the 86th Anniversary they ran out of donuts by the afternoon thus no donuts available.
Close the place and put a good business in. 👎🏻👎🏻

Krispy Kreme offers fresh donuts with polite service. Despite a past negative experience, the Free Glazed Dozen promotion brought a customer back, but confusion arose when only glazed options were available. The donuts felt refrigerated upon arrival. Nonetheless, the staff showed understanding and patience, providing a positive atmosphere for diners.
