10/22/25:: I drove out of my way @ 8am to pick up a PROMOTIONAL deal and was told they were out of DOTS. Again the deal began yesterday and ends today. I called after work to learn if they had any but was told they sold out by Noon. I explained my journey this morning but no apology followed. Just that the delivery truck delivered @ 9 and they went fast. No raincheck, end of story. Again, no apology or concern.

Today I was very pleased with the service I received at Krispy Kreme. The drive through attendant Kanece was very polite. She handed me my bag of donuts and said have a good day. The donuts were fresh.

We hadn't been here recently due to some not great experiences a couple years ago. But when we saw the Free Glazed Dozen for Kindness Day, we decided to try again. I ordered the free dozen and was ordering extra items to purchase.... and was told they only had glazed. I explained I meant to purchase, not for free, and she reiterated they only had glazed. OK, don't take my money. When we got the 2 6-packs home, they were super cold, like they had been refrigerated....
