Best pizza we’ve had in a LONG time!! Delivery was fast and our food was still hot upon arrival! Pretty good for a Saturday night, in my opinion! My husband is picky about pizza and he enjoyed it tonight!

It says they close at 11pm, I arrived at 10pm and they told me they couldn't help me because it was closed, I'M NOT COMING BACK!
Went as a doordasher and the tall white girl with glasses at the counter was RUDE AS HELL. Having an attitude because I forgot to bring in a pizza bag is CRAZY. A simple "can you please get your bag" would have sufficed but instead, she was VERY condescending and spoke to me as if I were a child which was unnecessary. They need to learn how to talk to people. It definitely felt racially motivated by the way she looked down on me and was dismissive of me and the interaction. She'd turned her back and walked away before I could even say anything to her. Even when she was handing me the order she held on to it tight as if I were going to steal it. I've NEVER felt so disrespected especially when I'm also working a job that helps them make money. This store will NEVER get a dime of my money and I'll make sure to never accept orders from there when I dash either. Definitely spreading the word to other dashers about how they treat us. I've never had issues dashing there until interacting with her specifically. I should've gotten her name because she needs to be retrained in customer service and the way she speaks to folks.

I placed my order for a New York style pizza, but I wanted it to square cut. I ordered a pizza at 5:22pm. I received a notification at 5:29, telling me my pizza was on the way. I thought thar was amazingly quick. I knew then that my order wasn't going to be squared cut. I received my pizza, it was warm, but it wasn't what I ordered. I didn't bother to call them because I do not trust Papa John to do the right thing. Not to mention, there is some type of aftertaste. Not sure what's it's from, but it nasty. The rest of this pizza will not get eaten. I'll just take a loss.
