They move very slowly, and they had me waiting for 40 minutes. Manager is yelling very loud at employees because they mistakenly made a wrong order, very unprofessional. And the employees kept arguing, and it had a horrible smell to it, and you could smell human urine in the waiting area coming from the restroom.

This is a great location, with a great crew, that unfortunately has to deal with a lot of rude, entitled customers that think the world owes them everything, and can't have the patience to understand that mistakes happen, and if you're nice about it, instead of being rude, they will happily take care of you.
I come to this location BECAUSE the crew is great. Literally get off work, put an order in on the app and stop by on my way home. They are ALWAYS nice, quick and even if it takes a little bit because of a line, I don't mind waiting because that's how the drive thru works. Plus, you KNOW you have people ahead of you that ordered enough food to feed 4 families instead of going inside to get it. Have a little patience.
Literally my only complaint is when I get extra sauce cups, about 40% of the time it's heavily underfilled. I don't even complain about it though, because like I said, it's a great crew and mistakes happen, and if that is the biggest thing I have to worry about in my day, I consider myself blessed.
Take note Taco Bell, this crew deserves a raise.

So I had two separate orders and waited approximately 1hour before receiving them. The drive through lane line didn't move for seemed like a season. If you ho inside, they don't even come to the counter, you just stand there for decades. There was guy back there who wouldn't even get or say anything when he saw me standing there. Just looked at me as if upset that he would have to lay down his phone and actually work. Black, tall, slim, dreadlocks. And the woman at the drive through window, there were two, but the one with shorter hair, black, darker complexion, kept on putting my orders last. Making me pull up in the mobile wait lane. I had to get back in the drive through line at least 3 times. Then she gave me one order and not the other order. Made me wait again, told me that they would bring it out, but never did. I had to get back in line again. No apology, no concern, and no conscience. They're not well ran. Just a bunch of unapologetic, not bothered, not caring people who literally come to work simply to draw a check. They want to be paid for showing up, not to actually work. They look at you funny if you ask for your order as if you said something disrespectful. THEY DON'T WANT TO WORK. THEY JUST WANT TO BE PAID FOR BEING PRESENT.
I ordered through the mobile app and both of my quesadillas were burnt, no extra jalapeno sauce that I paid for, potatoes had sour cream even thought I requested no sour cream. I also paid for extra cheese sauce on the potatoes which I definitely didn’t receive. I’ve called the location to resolve and no one is able to help me. Never again. I added multiple hot and mild sauce packets- received ZERO of any sauce. I called Saturday after I picked up and they told me to call back Sunday. I called Sunday and someone took my phone number for a call back and nothing has been resolved.

This location is terrible. Last night was worse than usual. I went to get food around 11:15 and all 3 employees where out back smoking Marijuana. Seriously, they couldn't even wait until the business was closed. No wonder the food here is inconsistent.
