This Taco Bell has some of the rudest employees. This employee didn’t even say anything after we placed our order in the drive thru. Just left us sitting there. After about 15 seconds of silence, we drove thru. After paying and receiving our order, she proceeded to close the window without, AGAIN, saying anything, no thank you, nothing. My husband managed to get a “you’re welcome” out before the window was completely closed. She then said thank you, but with an attitude! We’re done with this location!

I have visited several time and this leak has been there each time. The wood on the backside of this booth is beginning to rot from the roof leaking on it .

This place sucks! The food made my Wife and I very sick! She ordered online and when we got there we had 2 cars in front of us in the drive through that took 30 to 40 minutes! When we got to the window they had not made our order my Wife told them at the speaker box what we were there to pick up! They did nothing until we got to the window and still had to wait another 25 to 30 minutes! Ow ya and they don't give you a recipe so ya call in on the 2 adolessions that were running the place! I have been eating at taco bell since 1974. Rilly rillygone down hill now! It rilly sucks! Don't eat here! EVER!!!! Refund our money NOW!!!! CAN'T BELIEVE WE PAID FOR FOOD POISONING!!!! Stop hiring kids that don't wanna do nothing except hold the counter down!!!!!

Waited over an hour for an Uber Eats pickup, only to be lied to over and over about how another Driver already picked up the order ; not possible because I was the first and only Driver assigned to the order. There is a young man with special needs, works the drivethru window in the evenings, the staff sends him out to lie to Drivers about delivery orders. One night their system is down, the next night another Driver already got the food, anything but the food. I can’t imagine how much money the owners are racking in on delivery orders by pulling tickets but not fulfilling the orders. The next time I’m there, it will be to record the employees who literally walk through the lobby smoking weed!!!

The night staff at this location may need to be reassessed, as they often seem more focused on playing around rather than maintaining professionalism. This has consistently resulted in missing items from my order each time.

Went to pick up an order and it took forever for the employees to acknowledge me even though they saw me standing at the counter. When I finally received the order, the person who handed it to me went to get the drink and when she was done, she placed it on the opposite end of the counter in front of another customer, again not acknowledging me. Without even looking my direction, the employee pushed the drink in my direction, still not saying anything and walked away. It took the other customer telling me that it wasn't their drink for me to know it was mine.
I've been going to this location for over 20 years, though I stopped for a good 5 or 6 years because their service was too consistently terrible and they got orders wrong all the time. Started coming back again recently and in the daytime they seem to be pretty good. Anything after dark and you'll be waiting forever to get a wrong order. They probably just won't ever get this place running properly consistently again.

Worst Taco Bell in Memphis! You get trapped in the drive thru and can’t leave. Took 40 minutes to get my order. Looked like 3 people working and they all acted like they were stoned and didn’t give a crap about what they were doing.
WORST SERVICE EVER! Terrible service, terrible employee attitudes and just flat out rude,. I ordered via Uber Eats. The order took over an hour. It took so long for them to prepare the food that the first driver eventually declined the order and another driver accepted the order. The poor driver wait at least 35 mins at the restaurant. They didn’t have large cups so I was given a medium drink. The grilled cheese burrito was just a regular burrito. Nacho fries were cold and soggy. My quesadilla was rock hard and uncut. My Doritos loco taco was cold, soggy, and the wrapper was even wet. I got no nacho cheese or guacamole which I paid for. I was unable to eat any of my food and since it took so long to get my food it was about 11:45 at night once I realized nothing was edible and most other local restaurants were closed so I couldn’t order food from somewhere else. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this Taco Bell and I’ve messaged customer service every time and requested a call back and never heard back. Deplorable service, food, and all around restaurant.

Horrible food and service. Food was completely wrong and workers didn’t care they made food incorrectly. Nacho bell grande barely had had a chips and was covered in red sauce and not tomatoes. Bean burritos were covered in sour cream something not asked for and onions which we asked to be omitted.

Big Zero 0 review really!! That Taco Bell needs to close down, we went through the drive thru and the girl taking the order sounded brain dead, told our order twice, It was nacho bellgrande no sour cream extra meat extra cheese, and lux box no sour on anything, she asked whats your order, when we repeated a second time. Then, we get to window she takes payment and walks off and their in the main diningroom, one had a baby in his arms, they were all just ignoring, and walking slow like people in drivethur we not even there, they slow drag out of the diningroom back to the place where their suppose to be working, she opens the window stands there looking back my hisband says there a problem she said you have bellgrande we said yes an the lux box, still we wait while their all going at snail pace, finally she hands our food out but not looking at us looking at the guys. Then!! we get the shit home to have some oinda supper and no clue what those two are def not lux box with sour cream all over and the nachos bellgrande as you can see full of sour cream and no extra nothing so I try and get some of it off to eat it and oh my God tasted like they dumped a whole shaker of salt on the chips so much my mouth all inside on fire, what the hell. I am not exaggerating it was a ton of salt and broken pieces of chips. Close it down, apparently the owner does not give a crap, as I read other reviews pretty sure as they said to they were stoned out of the mind or something to act so slow and brain dead. And apparently nothing is being done about it but some generic bs response, which I'm sure I will get the same generic one. So this is a heads up if every quits going to this Taco Bell they will have to shut it down.
